TRAVELER'S Company Notebook Brown

This Midori Traveller's Notebook Brown is a must have for everyone who loves the art of journaling. This Notebook is made by hand from a piece of leather in the northern city of Chiang Mai, Thailand and when opened you'll notice no seams or stitching. This is part of the look gives it a natural style and feel from that unique hide. You'll notice a fine white powder that covers the entire piece of leather when you first open it up. Don't worry this is the natural oil which comes from the skin and takes on a powder like appearance. Don't wipe it off, instead simply gently massage it back into the leather to moisturize the hide and keep it soft and supple. 

You can condition the leather by frequently using special oils or wax designed to keep the leather from cracking and aging. Over time your traveller's notebook will acquires marks, dents and scratches that show character of a well loved notebook. However if you prefer a more decorative look then you can embellish the cover with charms, bands or stickers all available within the Traveler's Company range on our website. 

One of the best features about this notebook is that it's refillable. Once you've used the refills inside you can remove it, and swap it out with a new on. This notebook will hold up to four refills together, though you can add more but it starts to look a little out of proportion at that point. The real key feature is that the refills can be changed to include a variety of papers from ruled, grid, kraft or maybe you want a thicker paper perfect for watercolours.
