Sakura
Sakura started out in 1921 as a crayon manufacturer, developing their popular Cray-Pas range of oil pastels. By the 80's Sakura had expanded its product range to ink and pens. By developing the sub-micron pigment they were able to release pens that could deliver lightfast and waterproof ink through extremely fine nibs. This lead to the release of the innovative Pigma drawing pens that Sakura are known for. They continued to develop and expand their range of products, once again developing new technologies with the release of their fan-favourite Gelly Roll Gel pen which quickly became popular for drawing. Sakura now creates a wide range of high quality archival, artistic and ultra-fine pens.
