Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. In the case of orders shipped from the suppliers we will charge when we have placed the order with them. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You can pay by credit card through this website or over the telephone.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable. |

Overseas delivery prices apply for any delivery up to 30kg and delivery can be up to 10 working days.
All delivery options are subject to stock availability. You will be notified if we anticipate any delay. Products may be sent out from multiple locations and therefore may arrive separately, but you won't incur additional delivery charges as a result.
Our delivery rates apply to orders that are to be delivered to the UK mainland. If your order is to be delivered to a UK non mainland address i.e. Highlands, Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, and Isles of Scilly then unfortunately you will not receive free delivery even if the shipping indicates "Free Delivery". This is due to a very high additional cost from our carriers to deliver to these areas. Please call 02077594500 to request delivery costs to these areas.
A few exceptionally large products may be subject to additional delivery charges. These products are clearly marked on the site and you can call our customer service team on 02077594500 for a delivery cost.
LGC dispatches international orders using a registered courier service. Please e-mail info@londongraphics.co.uk for a quote and further details of our terms and conditions.
Larger items such as plan chests and drawing boards will be priced on application. Certain items such as larger polyboards may only be available for delivery via our vans in the London area.
We are not liable for any loss of revenue, profits or consequential loss arising from late delivery or non-delivery of goods. We will replace or refund goods and delivery charges if appropriate.
In the event a Premium or AM delivery is held or delayed we will refund the Premium or AM charge and will only charge you the standard rate of £4.99 (orders under £100).
London Graphic Centre will not accept responsibility for delays to deliveries caused by: severe weather conditions, security alerts, national emergencies, "Force Majeure" and other uncontrollable conditions. We will also not accept responsibility for delays caused incorrect addresses, refused deliveries or where a delivery is attempted but there is no-one in at the specified address.

Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. |
Tax Charges
For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 20% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free. |
Credit Card Security
When an order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. Online credit card payments are processed by a third-party payment service provider called SagePay. Your card details will not be seen by anyone at London Graphic Centre or SagePay. |
