This distilled turpentine from Winsor & Newton is an artist grade solvent perfect for use alongside oil colours. The highly refined essential oil has the strongest paint thinning and cleaning strength of any of the painting solvents from Winsor & Newton. Use it to thin and extended paints to help with blending and increase working time, or to clean out brushes that have been used while painting.

Distilled turpentine can also be used to remove varnish from paintings including Dammar varnish.
