These Stretched Canvases by Seawhite are the ideal canvas for a wide array of oil and acrylic painting techniques. No matter if you have just started painting or your are a long time professional you can heighten the display of your work when you paint it on these Seawhite canvas. They are a heavyweight 380gsm which give you a lovely texture to paint on, and giving a durability and improved strength to each canvas. Each canvas is stretched and primed for you so you can immediately utilise them, priming helps to coat and protect the fibres of the canvas from the oxidisation that occurs over time especially when using oil paints. Made from 100% cotton and acid-free this aids the canvas helping to preserve your work and reduce the yellowing and discolouration of your paints that can happen over time. These canvas are ideally paired with oil based paints and acrylic based paints, however your welcome to experiment with various mediums should you choose to. Each one is pre-stretched over quality profiled frames, they have no side staples on them and they are all deep edged with depths approximately measuring 3.8cm.
