Pentel Metallic and Fluorescent Oil Pastels Set of 12

These Oil Pastels from Pentel come in 12 different metallic and fluorescent colours that are vivid and are fade-resistant. These oil pastel sticks are soft and creamy offering a smooth coverage of colour and can be blended using cotton buds, tortillon or just your fingers. 

Alternatively you can thin if required with mineral spirits. They are suitable for most art surfaces including pastel paper, watercolour paper and cartridge paper, as well as canvas and board.
