Fabriano
Fabriano has a long and very distinguished history and heritage that dates back to 1264. Their Fabriano fine arts papers were used and highly coveted by great artists the likes of Michelangelo. Many of the Fabranese paper masters helped pioneer many of the processes that are traditional today in paper manufacturing, including the watermark and techniques like surface sheeting glueing using gelatine. Today they make a large range of quality papers that work well with many mediums such as watercolours, gouache, pencils, charcoal and many more!
