Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency. We accept Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet. When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable. |

Shipping And Handling
Standard Delivery - £4.99 - 2-3 working days, with free delivery for orders over £100 Premium Service £9.99 - next working day if you place your order before 3.00pm Monday - Friday. All delivery options are subject to stock availability. You will be notified if we anticipate any delay. Products may be sent out from multiple locations and therefore may arrive separately, but you won't incur additional delivery charges as a result. Our delivery rates apply to orders that are to be delivered to the UK mainland. If your order is to be delivered to a UK non mainland address i.e. Highlands, Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, and Isles of Scilly then unfortunately you will not receive free delivery even if the shipping indicates "Free Delivery". This is due to a very high additional cost from our carriers to deliver to these areas. Please call 02077594500 to request delivery costs to these areas. A few exceptionally large products may be subject to additional delivery charges. These products are clearly marked on the site and you can call our customer service team on 02077594500 for a delivery cost. LGC dispatches international orders using a registered courier service. Please e-mail info@londongraphics.co.uk for a quote and further details of our terms and conditions. LGC does not currently accept overseas order on-line Larger items such as plan chests and drawing boards will be priced on application. Certain items such as larger polyboards may only be available for delivery via our vans in the London area. |
