DELIVERIES

Where does London Graphic Centre deliver to?

London Graphic Centre will deliver anywhere in mainland UK as well as non-mainland UK*. Wherever possible, we'll even deliver internationally.

However, please be aware that:

 Certain items, such as larger polyboards, may only be available for delivery via our own    vans in the London area.
 London Graphic Centre does not currently accept overseas orders online.

How much will it cost?

Mainland UK

 Standard delivery: £4.99 (2-3 working days).
 Free delivery on orders over £100.00
 Premium service: £9.99 (next working day if order is placed before 3pm, Mon-Fri.)
   Please note that Premium Service orders do not qualify for free delivery.
Premium orders received on Fridays will be delivered on Mondays (the next working day).
We send most orders via Parcelforce, who deliver on working days i.e. Monday - Friday.

Non-mainland UK*

Unfortunately, delivering goods to non-mainland UK means that we have to use additional carriers to reach you. As a result, we are unable to offer free deliveries to these areas. Please call 020 7759 4500 prior to ordering, to request a delivery cost.

International

London Graphic Centre dispatches international orders using a registered courier service. Please email info@londongraphics.co.uk for a quote and further details of our terms and conditions.

Certain exceptionally large products may be subject to additional delivery charges. These products are clearly marked on the site and you can call our customer service team on 020 7759 4500 for a delivery cost.

Larger items such as plan chests and drawing boards will be priced on application.


* 'Non-mainland UK' refers to Highlands, Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Scilly.


MAKING A PURCHASE

How do I make a purchase online?

Making a purchase is simple! Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

Do I need to add VAT to my order?

All prices shown on the website are inclusive of VAT (where applicable), which also applies to the delivery charges. However, prices displayed at the Checkout are broken down to show product/delivery charges before tax, with the VAT shown separately.

How do I pay for my online purchase?

All prices are displayed in pounds sterling.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Switch and Solo. Your card will not be charged until the order is ready to be sent, with the exception of special order or custom items which are charged at the time the order is placed.

All prices advertised on this website are for customers purchasing via this website only, using credit or debit cards. Companies who hold a credit account with RED BOX should call the REDBOX customer service department on 0800 066 5050 to place orders.

Once you have placed your order, you will receive an email confirmation which indicates that your order has been received. Please note that this email confirmation does not constitute any form of contract between you and LGC. When your order has been accepted, you will receive an invoice which will also act as a contract between us.

We have included this term to protect us in the event that an error is made by us with regards to price or availability of products. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the new price is acceptable.


BACK ORDERS

How will I know if an item I want is currently in stock?

It's not often that we run out of stock on any item, but if we do, a 'Temporarily Out of Stock' message will indicate as such.
While we do try to keep our site as up to date as possible, on rare occasions we may have insufficient stock to fulfill your order. If this does occur we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know exactly what is happening.

What happens if an item I want is 'Temporarily Out of Stock'?

Simply contact us by email or telephone and we will let you know when we expect to have it back in stock. You can also backorder out of stock items over the telephone.


CREDIT CARD SECURITY

What happens to my credit card details when I pay online?

When an order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. Online credit card payments are processed by a third-party payment service provider called PROTX. Your card details will not be seen by anyone at London Graphic Centre or PROTX.


PRIVACY POLICY

What happens to my personal details when I order via the website?

London Graphic Centre does not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfillment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.

Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart and to store your details if you select the 'Remember Me' option. You can turn off cookies within your browser by going to 'Tools | Internet Options | Privacy' and selecting to block cookies. If you turn off cookies, you will be unable to place orders or benefit from the other features that use cookies.

We will only send marketing emails if you subscribe to our mailing list or check the relevant box in the checkout.

We guarantee your satisfaction. All of our products come with a 30 day, no quibble guarantee providing all goods are in a resalable condition.

What is LGC's general returns policy for online purchases?

Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive which can be found at http://www.hmso.gov.uk/si/si2000/20002334.htm


AGE-RESTRICTED GOODS

I'm under 18, is there anything I can't buy from LGC?

If you are under 18, we are not permitted by law to sell you intoxicating solvents – examples are solvent based glues, aerosols, correction fluids, marker pens and thinners.

Whilst the minimum legal age to buy spray paint is 16, LGC is part of a voluntary scheme supported by the Metropolitan Police, The Mayor of London’s Office and Westminster Council that restricts the sale of spray paint and wide markers to anyone under the age of 18.

I'm under 16, is there anything I can't buy from LGC?

If you are under 16, we are not permitted by law to sell you the following items:

 Intoxicating solvents - as above
 Knives (including blades)
 Cans of spray paint

By completing the checkout you are confirming that you are of the required age.


CORPORATE CREDIT ACCOUNT

I work for a company who would like to have a credit account with LGC.

If you are an employee of an organization that requires studio supplies and wants to have a credit facility with us, please contact our business-to-business division, RED BOX.

I work for a school, college or government body and would like to order with LGC.
